Dr. Spotts will submit a proposal for consultation to the school and he and school administrators will agree as to the scope of the project. He will then do a thorough study of the school, with regard to the functioning of counseling, psychology, and other student support services. Following the completion of the data gathering phase, he will develop a series of recommendations for the school. These recommendations will then be presented to the administration and to the school departments involved, following which implementation of the procedures is begun under his supervision. The aim is to maximize the ability of the staff in carrying out the mental health aspects of the school to the highest quality.
